You can return any product purchased from our web store within 30 days from the date of receipt as long as the item is in the same condition it was received.

To initiate a return, contact info@routewerks.us to obtain an RA#. Use the following format for the subject line of your email — RETURN: (Order#). A member of our team will follow up within 48 hours to provide further information. 

For items purchased through our crowdfunding campaign, please note that we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items received as Kickstarter rewards.
